Delete your LetsGo VPN account
Use the verified email address attached to your account. We will send a six-digit code before permanently deleting the account.
Data that will be deleted or anonymized
Account identity, active sessions, registered devices, support tickets, referral identity, and active VPN node credentials are removed or anonymized. Billing, transaction, wallet, fraud-prevention, and audit records may be retained where required for accounting, security, disputes, or legal obligations.
Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in the store account used to purchase it.
