Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and PHERUS .CO -SMC LIMITED, operating the LetsGo VPN product. They govern your use of LetsGo VPN apps, websites, accounts, subscriptions, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms in your location. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your sign-in credentials, and activity performed through your account. Do not share access in a way that exceeds your plan's device limit.

Service Plans

LetsGo VPN may provide a limited free tier and paid Premium or VIP tiers. The first 20 minutes after first launch are ad-free. After that period, eligible free users may see consent-controlled Google Mobile Ads banners, an app-open ad when returning to the app, and one connection-complete interstitial after the current node and latency result appear on the home screen. They may voluntarily complete a rewarded ad on either approved screen to hide both banners for the current app launch. Every active paid subscription is ad-free. Available nodes, device limits, speeds, features, and service capacity may differ by plan and may change as we maintain and improve the service.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions purchased in an App Store or Google Play build are sold and billed through that store. Prices, taxes, trials, renewal periods, cancellation rules, refunds, and billing disputes are governed by the store through which you purchased. Store subscriptions normally renew automatically unless canceled through that store before renewal. Deleting the app or your LetsGo account does not cancel an active store subscription.

Where offered on our website, direct desktop clients, or standard Android distribution, you may purchase a fixed subscription period through our self-hosted Bitcart checkout using one of the supported low-fee assets and networks shown there. Cryptocurrency orders do not auto-renew. Checkout provides a time-limited exact amount and deposit address. You must use the selected asset, matching network, exact amount, and address, and must pay wallet, exchange-withdrawal, or network fees separately. Underpayments, unsupported assets or networks, expired orders, and transfers to another address do not activate service unless Bitcart ultimately confirms the invoice as complete.

Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. We activate the purchased period only after our backend re-queries the authenticated Bitcart invoice API and verifies completion. A pending, paid, confirming, confirmed, partially paid, failed, or expired state is not proof of completed payment and does not create entitlement. Refund availability depends on the transaction state, applicable law, and whether funds can be returned; network fees may be non-refundable where legally permitted. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. Cryptocurrency pricing, availability, reporting, and tax obligations can vary by location, and you are responsible for using a lawful payment method in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable Use

You may not use LetsGo VPN to violate applicable law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; distribute malware; attack, disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to systems; send spam; exploit children; commit fraud; evade lawful service restrictions; resell access without permission; or interfere with the service or other users. You are responsible for how you use the connection.

VPN Service Limitations

Network performance, location availability, access to third-party services, and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. Third parties may block VPN traffic, and local rules may restrict VPN use. You are responsible for understanding laws and service rules that apply where you use LetsGo VPN.

Your Content and Support

You retain responsibility for content you submit to support. You grant us permission to process that content and any diagnostics you explicitly choose to attach as needed to investigate and resolve your request.

Mobile Privacy and Node Sources

The mobile apps may include Google Mobile Ads, Google's consent platform, and an approved mediation source such as Mintegral (Mobvista) for the approved banners, voluntary rewarded format, app-open format, and connection-complete interstitial. They request non-personalized ads, iOS does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, and the apps never supply VPN traffic, DNS content, node credentials, account identity, purchase tokens, or backend authentication tokens to the advertising SDK. Android may use Firebase services and Google Sign-In as described in the Privacy Policy; the formal iOS build does not link the native Firebase, Google Sign-In, or Sentry SDKs. The production app does not accept arbitrary custom profiles or user-supplied subscription links. Paid nodes are managed by LetsGo, while encrypted free-tier configuration may come through our backend from an administrator-configured external source whose nodes can be operated by independent providers.

Software and Open Source

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. Components distributed under open-source licenses remain governed by their respective licenses.

Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate abuse or fraud, enforce these terms, comply with law, or address nonpayment. You may delete your account in the app or through the verified web deletion form. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription purchased from Apple or Google; cancel it separately through the applicable store. A cryptocurrency order does not auto-renew, and deleting an account does not reverse a completed blockchain transfer or by itself create a refund.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, LetsGo VPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
